Thomas Beatle gave birth to a baby girl on Friday, ABC News reports. The 34-year-old was born a woman, but had his breasts surgically removed and legally changed his gender from female to male.

And although he took hormones and lived as a man, he kept his female sex organs in hopes to get pregnant one day. Talk about wanting the best of both worlds!
