Kelly Taylor and Brenda Walsh are back. And it’s been 14 years. And Jennie Garth was shaking like a ninny to see Shannen Doherty!
On shooting their first 90210 scene together, Jennie told TV Guide Magazine: “It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m not much of a small talker, and I don’t think she is either. I was a little nervous because I hadn’t seen or talked to her in 14 years. Everyone was making it out to be such a big deal that I think we both fell prey to having that affect us.”
Shannen doesn’t need to talk. She’s got razor blades for cheekbones. Don’t get too close!
And again, unlike Shannen, Jennie is still fighting back tears regarding the monetary inequality for Tori Spelling. (Shannen’s way busy getting her lip-purse just right for that compassionate nonsense.) It’s confusing that Jennie is urging fans to undertake a “Bring Back Donna Martin” campaign, when what is she doing? Rehearsing her “small talk” with Shannen? She could easily help, at least more so than fans — fans that haven’t seen a show that could easily prove The Hills to be a superior “show.”
And it’s definitely a mystery show. 90210 is officially unavailable for TV critics to screen before its Sept. 2 premiere, which is usually an indication that the show is something awful.
Oh, and the Peach Pit is located on Beverly and Martel where the Eat Well used to be. Now it’s Kokomo Cafe.
